2021-2027<\/strong>,<strong> ARTECOIN Consultor\u00eda<\/strong> trabaja actualmente en un <strong>centenar de proyectos<\/strong> correspondientes a la <strong>segunda y tercera convocatoria del Plan de acci\u00f3n frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico en centros p\u00fablicos de segundo ciclo de Educaci\u00f3n Infantil y Educaci\u00f3n Primaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa tiene como finalidad<strong> mitigar los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico en los entornos educativos y mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de los centros<\/strong> mediante la incorporaci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables, generando un impacto positivo tanto en el medioambiente como en la calidad de vida de alumnado y profesorado.<\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>ayuntamientos, entidades de \u00e1mbito territorial inferior al municipio, mancomunidades y diputaciones provinciales de <\/strong><strong>Castilla-La Mancha<\/strong> son los principales beneficiarios de esta l\u00ednea de ayudas. El objetivo es claro: implementar soluciones energ\u00e9ticamente eficientes, reducir la huella de carbono de los edificios educativos y mejorar la sostenibilidad a largo plazo de estas infraestructuras p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTECOIN act\u00faa como socio estrat\u00e9gico integral,<\/strong> asumiendo tanto la redacci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de los proyectos como la <strong>gesti\u00f3n administrativa completa.<\/strong> Desde la planificaci\u00f3n inicial y la tramitaci\u00f3n de solicitudes hasta la ejecuci\u00f3n y justificaci\u00f3n de las actuaciones, la<strong> consultora acompa\u00f1a a las entidades locales para maximizar el acceso a la financiaci\u00f3n europea<\/strong> y asegurar el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos normativos, tecnolog\u00edas renovables y ahorro energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n<p>Las actuaciones se centran tanto en la mitigaci\u00f3n del cambio clim\u00e1tico como en la adaptaci\u00f3n a sus efectos. En caso de no disponer de los certificados iniciales de registro de las instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas y de climatizaci\u00f3n en la Consejer\u00eda competente en materia de Industria en el momento de finalizar el plazo, el proyecto de ejecuci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 incorporar las caracter\u00edsticas de las instalaciones existentes conforme a lo establecido en la Orden 165\/2024, de 28 de septiembre.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #3361e9;\"><strong>Tercera convocatoria 2026: nuevo impulso a la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><strong>ARTECOIN <\/strong>se encuentra tambi\u00e9n preparando proyectos para la<strong> tercera convocatoria <\/strong>de ayudas frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico en centros p\u00fablicos de segundo ciclo de Educaci\u00f3n Infantil y Educaci\u00f3n Primaria de Castilla-La Mancha, prevista para 2026.<\/p><p>Esta nueva convocatoria, enmarcada igualmente en el <strong>Programa FEDER Castilla-La Mancha 2021-2027<\/strong>, estar\u00e1 dirigida a entidades locales de la regi\u00f3n y abrir\u00e1 su plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de solicitudes desde el 31 de enero de 2026 hasta el<strong> 30 de abril de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Los proyectos contemplar\u00e1n nuevamente la <strong>instalaci\u00f3n de sistemas de climatizaci\u00f3n por aerotermia y soluciones fotovoltaicas<\/strong>, reforzando la apuesta por una transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica limpia en el \u00e1mbito educativo.<\/p><p>El conjunto de estas actuaciones posiciona a <strong>Castilla-La Mancha como referente en la integraci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables en infraestructuras educativas p\u00fablicas.<\/strong><\/p><p>Con su enfoque integral, <strong>ARTECOIN se consolida como aliado estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong> en la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico, <strong>facilitando a las entidades locales una gesti\u00f3n eficaz, segura y t\u00e9cnicamente solvente de proyectos<\/strong> que mejoran la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y contribuyen a construir una educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica m\u00e1s sostenible y preparada para los retos clim\u00e1ticos del
